CUT TO SIZE
Our cut-to-size service is designed to support efficient, accurate cabinetry production for the trade. Simply supply your own cut list or complete our cut list template, detailing quantities, material type, thickness, panel sizes, edging requirements, colour selection, and any required hardware.

We process this information through our system and provide a quote based on sheet usage. Where possible, we’ll also suggest layout adjustments to optimise material yield and minimise offcuts.

FLAT PACK
Our flat pack / drilled cut-to-size service follows the same principles as our standard cut-to-size offering, with the added benefit of pre-drilling for faster on-site assembly. Instead of providing individual panel sizes, you simply supply the overall dimensions of each cabinet, along with internal configurations — for example, three equal drawers, or hinged doors with an adjustable shelf.

Additional components such as end panels, fillers, kickboards, legs, and hardware should be listed separately and included with your order.

We process this information through our system to produce accurately drilled, ready-to-assemble components, saving time during installation and ensuring consistency across your project.
